UNC Wrestling Signs Billy Greenwood

GREELEY, Colo. – Northern Colorado wrestling has added Billy Greenwood to its roster, Head Coach Teyon Ware announced.
MEET THE SIGNEE
BILLY GREENWOOD | 157 | ARKANSAS AT LITTLE ROCK | LIVERMORE, COLO.
Greenwood, a 157-pound wrestler from Livermore, Colorado, joins UNC after spending one season at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He will continue his academic and athletic career while pursuing a degree in Business Management.
A graduate of Poudre High School, Greenwood competed in wrestling throughout his prep career. He now returns to his home state, bringing valuable collegiate experience as he looks to contribute to the Bears' continued growth.
"I chose UNC because of the great coaching staff, and I want to be a part of what they are building with this team and in my home state," Greenwood said.
Standing at 5-foot-10, Greenwood is the son of Bernadette and Bill Greenwood, a former Northern Colorado wrestler. He has four siblings and strong family ties to the program, as his father is also a UNC alumnus. Greenwood looks to make an impact in the 157-pound weight class as the Bears continue to build for the future.
