Northern Colorado Wrestling Announces 2026-27 Schedule

GREELEY, Colo. – Northern Colorado wrestling has announced its 2026-27 schedule, highlighted by a challenging non-conference slate, eight Pac-12 duals and the program's first season competing as a Pac-12 affiliate member.
The Bears are set to open the 2026-27 campaign on Friday, Oct. 30, with the annual Blue & Gold Scrimmage before officially opening dual competition on Sunday, Nov. 8, against Oklahoma inside Bank of Colorado Arena.
UNC will face a challenging slate throughout the non-conference portion of its schedule, including match ups against Oklahoma, Penn State and Michigan.
Northern Colorado will continue its non-conference schedule in December, traveling to SIUE on Dec. 6 before competing at the Southern Tier Dec. 19. The Bears will then open the calendar year by competing in the Southern Scuffle in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Jan. 2-3.
NEW ERA OF PAC-12 WRESTLING: The 2026-27 season marks a new chapter for Northern Colorado wrestling as the Bears join the Pac-12 Conference as an affiliate member. UNC joins Oregon State, Air Force, Cal Poly, Cal State Bakersfield, Little Rock, North Dakota State, Northern Illinois and South Dakota State as members of Pac-12 Wrestling.
The Bears will open Pac-12 competition on Jan. 10, traveling to Little Rock before facing Northern Illinois on Jan. 15. UNC will then return home to host Utah Valley on Jan. 24 before resuming conference action against South Dakota State on Jan. 29. The Bears will close out the month on Jan. 31, hosting North Dakota State inside Bank of Colorado Arena.
February will feature four additional Pac-12 duals, traveling to Cal Poly on Feb. 5 and Oregon State on Feb. 7. The Bears will then welcome Cal State Bakersfield to Greeley on Feb. 14 before closing the regular-season conference slate against Air Force on Feb. 21.
In addition to its Pac-12 schedule, UNC will travel to Penn State on Feb. 19.
