No. 9 Serrano, No. 31 Rushton Ready for NCAA Wrestling Championships

GREELEY, Colo. – The NCAA has announced the bracket for the 2026 NCAA Wrestling Championships, with two Bears securing spots in the national tournament. They will compete in Cleveland, Ohio inside Rocket Arena March 19-21.
Dominick Serrano earned the No. 9 seed at 133 and will face Purdue's (24) Blake Boarman in the opening round of the national tournament. Serrano heads into the championships after a strong season for the Bears and will look to carry that momentum onto the national stage.
Mahonri Rushton also secured a spot in the NCAA Championships bracket at 184. Rushton earned the No. 31 seed and is slated to take on Missouri's (2) Aeden Sinclair in the first round.
Both Bears qualified for the NCAA Championships following solid performances throughout the season and during the conference qualifying process.The NCAA Championships will feature the nation's top wrestlers competing for national titles and All-American honors.
