PREVIEW: Northern Colorado Men’s Golf Prepares for Golden Nugget Invitational

GREELEY, Colo. – Northern Colorado men's golf team continues its spring campaign on Monday, March 2 as the Bear travels to Lake Charles, Louisiana, for the Golden Nugget Invitational. Hosted by Lamar University, the two-day event will be held at The Country Club at the Golden Nugget and marks the Bears third tournament of the spring season.
LAST APPROACH
Northern Colorado heads into the week with momentum following a strong showing at the Loyola Intercollegiate in Goodyear, Arizona. The Bears finished eighth out of 21 teams, highlighted by impressive individual performances from Thomas Barnes Grimes and Kaelen Dulany.
The Golden Nugget Invitational features 11 teams from multiple conferences, setting the stage for a competitive field. Building on the confidence and experience gained in Arizona, the Bears will aim to maintain their consistency and continue climbing the leader board in Louisiana.
