Women’s Cross Country 14th in Mountain Region Preseason Polls

NEW ORLEANS – The Northern Colorado women's cross country team were picked 14th in the NCAA DI Women's Cross Country Preseason Regional Rankings, the USTFCCCA announced Monday.
The ranking is the Bears highest preseason ranking ever, and the first since the 2023 season, when they were selected 16.
BYU earned the one spot in the regional rankings for the first time since 2021. New Mexico earned the two spot, their best preseason ranking since they were No. 1 in 2022.
Northern Colorado begins their season on Saturday at the Wyoming Invitational in Cheyenne, Wyo.
