Women’s Basketball Release Full 2025-26 Schedule

GREELEY, Colo. – The Northern Colorado women's basketball team has officially revealed its 2025–26 schedule, featuring 13 non conference games, 15 road contests, and 15 match ups at Bank of Colorado Arena.
The Bears tip off their season on Monday, (Nov. 3), at home against Northern New Mexico. That game kicks off a four-game home stand, with match ups to follow against Lamar (Nov. 8), Bethany College (Nov. 11), and Denver (Nov. 14).
Northern Colorado hits the road for the first time with a trip to Chicago, Illinois, for the DePaul two-day tournament on (Nov. 21) and (Nov. 22).
The Bears will then travel to Tucson to face Arizona on (Nov. 25).
UNC will then take part in the Big Sky/Summit League Challenge, hosting Kansas City on (Dec. 3), followed by a road game at Omaha on (Dec. 6).
The non conference schedule concludes with a three-game road swing: an in-state showdown at Colorado (Dec. 16), a West Coast trip to UC Davis (Dec. 20), and a final non conference match up at Sam Houston State on (Dec. 22).
Big Sky Conference play begins in the new year with a pair of home games: Montana State on (Jan. 1) and Montana on (Jan. 3). Other home conference games include Portland State (Jan. 15), Sacramento State (Jan. 17), Northern Arizona (Jan. 24), Idaho (Jan. 29), Weber State (Feb. 5), Idaho State (Feb. 7), and the home finale vs. Eastern Washington (Feb. 26).
UNC's first conference road trip is scheduled for Jan. 8 at Idaho State, followed by a stop at Weber State on (Jan. 10). The Bears will also play road games at Montana State (Jan. 19), Eastern Washington (Jan. 31), Sacramento State (Feb. 12), Portland State (Feb. 14), Northern Arizona (Feb. 21), Idaho (Feb. 28), and conclude regular season play at Montana on (Mar. 2).
The Big Sky Tournament is set for March 7–11 at Idaho Central Arena in Boise, Idaho, where the Bears aim to earn a berth in the NCAA Tournament.
Northern Colorado returns 10 players from last year's squad and welcomes four new additions to the roster.
