Graham Nugent Promoted To Associate Athletic Director

Nugent Enters Tenth Year With The Bears
GREELEY, Colo. - The University of Northern Colorado Athletics Department has promoted Graham Nugent from Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities & Events to Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Events.
Nugent will serve as the Sport Administrator for Women's Soccer, Men's Golf, and Women's Golf. He is a member of the Athletics Senior Staff. Nugent will continue to oversee facilities and event operations for the Bears.
Since joining UNC in 2016, Nugent has:
- Directed logistics, setup, and teardown for all athletic events—including championship-level competitions—ensuring high standards of safety and fan experience .
- Played a central role in facility upgrades and donor-funded projects, such as the Empower Center's development.
- Served as a key contributor to the Big Sky Conference's Championship Task Force
A native of Dublin, Ireland, Nugent holds a Master's in Sport Management from Wichita State University (2016) and dual bachelor's degrees in Sport Management and Business Administration from Ashford University (2014).
