Northern Colorado Wraps Up Cowgirl Classic with 11th-Place Finish

Timbre Shehee Leads the Bears; Columbine and Maiorana Shine in Final Round with Even-Par Performances
MARICOPA, Ariz. – Northern Colorado women's golf wrapped up play at the Cowgirl Classic, hosted by Wyoming, finishing 11th after three rounds at the AK-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club (par 72, 6,191 yards).
Leading the way for Northern Colorado was Timbre Shehee, who tied for 34th overall. Shehee posted a 6-over 78 in the final round, bringing her tournament total to 230 (+14).
Samantha Columbine delivered one of the biggest moves of the final round, climbing 15 spots on the leaderboard. She fired an impressive even-par 72 on the final day, showcasing resilience and precision to finish tied for 45th with a total score of 233.
Carolina Fallotico put together a steady tournament performance, securing a tie for 63rd with a three-round total of 240. Meanwhile, Kailey Bass and Jaci Hartman finished closely behind, with Bass taking 70th at 244 and Hartman tying for 71st with a final score of 245.
Shae Maiorana rounded out the team's efforts, finishing in 74th place with a total score of 246. She capped off the tournament on a high note by shooting an even-par 72 in the final round.

The Bears will have a short turnaround as they compete at The "Mo" Morial in College Station, Texas, hosted by Texas A&M. The two-day tournament will take place April 7-8.
