Bears Welcome New Signee To Women’s Golf Program

GREELEY, Colo – Northern Colorado Women's Golf is excited to announce the addition of a new signee who will be joining the Bears golf program.
MEET THE SIGNEE
Erica Hessen Rygh | Kløfta, Norway
Ranked as high as 981 in the World Amateur Golf Rankings, Erica arrives with both strong credentials and a bright future ahead of her. Among the standout moments of her young career is a remarkable runner-up finish at an international tournament—a result that showcased not only her talent, but also her competitive resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
Coach Tina Barrett shared her enthusiasm, saying, "We are excited to welcome Erica to the team next year! She has the talent and work ethic to come to UNC and make an immediate impact."
Director of Golf, Clayton Sikorski echoed that excitement, adding, "We're excited to welcome Erica to the Bear family. Her mindset and goals align with what we are building here, and we can't wait to see what she is capable of!"
