Bears Set for Road Dual Against New Mexico State

GREELEY, Colo. – Swimming & Diving will travel to Las Cruces, New Mexico for a dual meet against New Mexico State on Saturday, October 25 at 10 a.m. MDT.
ABOUT THE MEET
The meet will be held at the NM State Swimming & Diving Complex on campus.
SCOUTING THE AGGIES
NMSU is currently in third place of 11 teams in the MPSF dual rankings with 615.10 points. In championship rankings, they have 519.03 points for a sixth place standing. In their last meet, the Aggies beat Utah Tech (170-90) and New Mexico (203-87).
LAST TIME OUT
Northern Colorado impressed in its MPSF Open Water Swimming Championship debut, highlighted by Kyra Rabess' third-place finish in the women's 5K. Rabess clocked 1:03:13 to top all MPSF swimmers and qualify for the USA Swimming Open Water Nationals. Ellyson Lombardi (1:05:49), Lora Konter (1:05:57), and Hlaa Diab (1:06:03) also placed in the top 30, giving the Bears valuable early-season momentum.
The Bears are first in the MPSF in both dual and championship rankings with 642.40 and 550.03 points, respectively.
UP NEXT
The Bears will travel to Laramie, Wyoming to compete against Wyoming and Colorado School of Mines on Saturday, November 1.
