•Saint Thomas and Brock Wisne combined for 42 points and 17 rebounds in UNC's 82-63 loss against Weber State at Bank of Colorado Arena Saturday. Thomas held a slight edge over Dillon Jones in a matchup between the top two scorers and rebounders in the Big Sky Conference.
• Thomas finished with 29 points, 10 rebounds, two assists, a steal and two blocks. He set career highs in makes and attempts at the free-throw line.
• Wisne – the only other Bear in double figures finished with 13 points and seven rebounds.
• Jones tallied 21 points on 7 of 19 from the floor, including 0 for 5 from deep and 7 of 9 at the stripe. He grabbed nine boards, with five assists and three steals.
• A 19-2 run by WSU, including six straight to end the half, turned a 30-30 tie into a 49-32 gap with 16:48 remaining.
