Northern Colorado Crushes Portland State in Key Big Sky Contest

GREELEY, Colo. – Four Northern Colorado student-athletes scored in double figures, and the Bears rolled past Portland State 65-48 and completed the regular season sweep of the Vikings Thursday evening.
True freshman Tatum West tied her career-high with 20 points on 6-for-12 shooting from the field. West finished 8-for-9 at the free-throw line and added five rebounds.
Sophomore Seneca Hackley finished with 14 points on 4-for-6 shooting from the floor. Hackley also finished a perfect 4-for-4 at the charity stripe.
Senior Hannah Simental dropped 10 points and grabbed eight rebounds to nearly complete the double-double.
Sophomore Aniah Hall came off the bench and added 10 points and seven boards.
Senior Delaynie Byrne nearly posted a double-double with nine points and nine rebounds.
