Reynolds Named Big Sky Conference Player of the Week

FARMINGTON, Utah, -- Langston Reynolds earned his second Big Sky Conference Player of the Week honor this season, league officials announced Tuesday.
"It's really exciting to see Langston receive this award again, and it's definitely well-deserved," head coach Steve Smiley said. "To get this award once in a season is extremely difficult, but to already have won this award two times before the end of our non-conference season is special! As always, this type of recognition is also part of our team's overall success, and I know that Langston is excited to be recognized while doing this on an incredibly special team right now!"
The junior from Denver, Colorado, earned the award with his performance in the Bears victory over Air Force Monday. He registered a double-double with 23 points and 11 rebounds. Reynolds knocked down 8 of 11 from the field and added 7 of 9 at the free-throw line.
Reynolds and the Bears close out the nonconference portion of their slate Saturday at 3 p.m. at Denver. It is the final game for UNC in 2024.
