UNC Heading to CSCAA National Invites

GREELEY, Colo. -- The Northern Colorado swimming and diving team heads to the CSCAA National Invitational Championships, held in Elkhart, Ind., March 9-11.
UNC had a total of 12 swimmers qualify for the national event: Katelyn Bergin, Cheyanna Cordova, Maria Erokhina, Jana Hellenschmidt, Payten Irwin, Ali Jackson, Elizabeth Mayer, Paula Nunez, Gracie Moreland, Claire Timson, Bryanna Ungs, and Sunna Svanlaug Vilhjalmsdottir.
Each day, preliminaries begin at 7:30 a.m. (MT) with finals beginning at 4 p.m.
Competition begins on Thursday, March 9, with the 200 free relay, 50 back, 500 free, 50 fly, 200 IM, 50 breast, 50 free, and the 400 medley relay.
On Friday, the Bears will compete in the 200 medley relay, 400 IM, 100 fly, 200 free, 100 breast, 100 back, and the 800 free relay.
UNC wraps up on Saturday with the 1000 free, 1650 free, 200 back, 100 free, 200 breast, 200 fly and the 400 free relay.
