Knecht Earns NABC All-District Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- UNC senior Dalton Knecht has been named to the 2022-23 National Association of Basketball Cached (NABC) Division I All-District Second Team for District 6 the NABC announced Tuesday.
Knecht, a native of Thornton, Colo., had a tremendous senior campaign for the Bears, leading the Big Sky in scoring with 646 points, His average of 20.2 points per game also led the Big Sky and ranked 23rd in the nation. Knecht was also second in the Big Sky with 77 three-pointers made.
He led the Bears in scoring in 17 games during the year, and he scored a career-high 34 points against Idaho on Jan. 21.
