UNC Set to Play in GCU Invitational on Monday and Tuesday

GREELEY, Colo. -- The Northern Colorado men's golf team is set to compete in the sixth-annual GCU Invitational, with a two-day, three round competition being held at the GCU Golf Course in Phoenix, March 13-14.
First round action begins Monday with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. with round two beginning 30 minutes at the conclusion of round one. The third and final round will begin Tuesday morning at 8 a.m.

- Gage Messingham - Earned Big Sky Golfer of the Week after shooting a -3 at the Loyola Intercollegiate, Feb 26-28.
- Jack Castiglia - Was second for UNC at the Loyola Intercollegiate, shooting a +2, including a 69 in the second round.
- TJ Shehee - Tied with Battista at the Loyola Intecrollegiate with a +4. Turned in weekend best 72 in the second round.
- Alessio Battista - Tied with Shehee at the Loyola Intecrollegiate with a +4. Turned in weekend best 70 in the third round.
- Yuze Zhang - Shot a +7 at the TPC Colorado on Oct. 17-19.
