FARMINGTON, Utah -- Finishing in a tie for 17^th at the Loyola Intercollegiate and shooting a six-under 66, Northern Colorado's Gage Messingham has been named the Big Sky Men's Golfer of the Week.

Messingham is a freshman for UNC that was the top Big Sky finisher at the Loyola Intercollegiate tournament this past weekend, as the Bears finished tied for 10th with a team score of two-over.
