Bears Sit Fourth After Two Rounds at The Shark Invitational

GLEN COVE, N.Y. - Northern Colorado men's golf turned in a steady two-round showing at Nassau Country Club and will enter the final round in fourth place as a team.
Leading the way, Kaelen Dulany paced the Bears with rounds of 70-71 to sit at +1, holding a share of seventh place on the player leader board after two consistent rounds.
Matias Koropeski and Thomas Barnes Grimes are close behind at three-over par. Koropeski improved with a second-round 71, while Grimes opened strong with an even-par 70 before finishing with a 73 in round two.
Tommie Clark showed a strong response after his opening round, bouncing back from a 74 to post a 71 and move to five-over heading into the final day.
Rounding out the lineup, Cooper Tate carded rounds of 76 in both rounds to sit at +12.
With solid positioning and momentum, the Bears will look to climb the leader board in the final round.
