Aili Bundy sits tied for 36th entering the final round
MARICOPA, Ariz. – It's championship month for Northern Colorado women's golf as they ramp up for the 2021 Big Sky Championship at the end of the month. The Bears teed off the Wyoming Cowgirl Invitational on Monday.
Through 36-holes UNC sits in a tie for 17th with fellow Big Sky School Eastern Washington at 624 (+48). Aili Bundy leads the Bears on the individual leaderboard, tied for 36th.
Bundy opened the tournament with a 4-over, 76. She took two strokes off her second time around Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Course with a 2-over, 74. The difference, an eagle on 496-yard par 5 13th. For the tournament, she sits at 6-over, 150.
Marisa Hisaki led the team with four birdies on the day. All four came during her first round 74. She struggled during the second round and sits tied with teammate Jenna Chun tied for 61st with a total of 154.

Northern Colorado looks to start heading in the right direction tomorrow to close out the final round of the Wyoming Cowgirl Invitational.
