Spring Sports Competitions Canceled Until Further Notice

GREELEY - The Big Sky Conference will suspend all intercollegiate competition for its member institutions' teams that participate in spring sports until further notice, the conference offices announced today.
The Big Sky Presidents' Council made this decision on Thursday with the health and well-being of its student-athletes in mind.The Presidents' Council will monitor the situation and reassess at a later date this spring.
Earlier today, the conference also canceled the remainder of its 2020 Basketball Championship.
The Western Athletic Conference also suspended all competition until further notice earlier today. That suspension effects the Northern Colorado baseball and swim and dive team.
The university is closely monitoring the rapidly changing situation with COVID-19 and is actively working to plan and prepare for potential local impacts. As part of that effort, athletics is sharing employment guidance to help you manage COVID-19 concerns.
