Northern Colorado will play Idaho State on Thursday
After a big win on Monday, Northern Colorado women's basketball will travel for two games this weekend, starting on Thursday.

Northern Colorado defeated Eastern Washington in front of 2000+ school kids at Bank of Colorado on Monday. UNC continued to excel on defense, holding the Eagles to a 25.9 shooting percentage. The Bears finished the game with a 40.3 percent mark from the floor. In the first quarter, UNC built an 18-8 lead, shooting 50 percent from the floor. The Bears maintained their lead in the second quarter and went into half leading by 10. Out of the half, UNC scored well extending the lead to 14. The Bears closed out hte game with a lock-down defensive effort against the Eagles, holding them to 18.2 percent shooting.

UNC had 58 rebounds in the game, the second most in a single game in Division I program history.

Alisha Davis recorded her third career double-double against the Eagles. Davis posted career highs with 21 points and 12 rebounds.

Callie Bourne leads Idaho State with a 12.6-points per game average. She is shooting 46.6 percent from the floor and 33.9 percent from three-point range. Bourne is also the team's rebound leader, averaging 7.2
