As they have done so well in conference play, UNC rebounded from a loss and handled its business by beating Idaho State. The Bears found their stroke from deep knocking down 13 threes and kept the Bengals from finding theirs. ISU came in making the second most threes in the Big Sky and the Bears only allowed them to make two. In fact, the UNC defense was so good that they only allowed 53 points, which is the fewest given up to a Division I team under head coach Jeff Linder.
