UNC Athletics is once again excited to join the #BearTuesday movement on Tuesday, November 27, 2018.
#BearTuesday takes place every year on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving - an internationally celebrated day of giving. We encourage alumni, fans, parents and members of the Bear family, to join our efforts and give back to support UNC student-athletes.
The goal of UNC Athletics is to provide our young men and women with opportunities to excel in the classroom, win at the highest level of competition, engage in the community and become future leaders. By making a gift on #BearTuesday you are strengthening that commitment.
During the 2017-18 year, UNC Athletics finished 2nd in the Big Sky Presidents' Cup, the highest in school history. There were 147 UNC student-athletes selected to All-Conference Academic teams and collectively, as an athletic department, our Bears maintained a 3.19 cumulative GPA.
