- Northern Colorado came out of its three game road trek with a 1-2 record, besting Southern Utah, but falling to Northern Arizona and North Dakota (in overtime).
- This will be the first game UNC has had at Bank of Colorado since Jan. 21. The Bears currently hold a 4-3 record on the season at home.
- Northern Colorado will finish the season with five of its last seven games in Greeley, including a three-game home stretch to end the year.
- The Bears most recently played in its first overtime game of the season, falling on the road at UND 87-77.

Scouting Idaho
- The Vandals come to Greeley with a 12-10 overall record and 7-4 league record.
- Idaho is currently on a three-game win streak after wins over Portland State (89-72) and Sacramento State (81-67) at home last week.
- The Vandals are paced by Victor Sanders, who has been on a tear in conference play. Sanders is averaging 25.5 ppg (21.4 ppg overall) in Big Sky games and is the third best scorer in the league. The only other player for UI in double figures on the season is Brayon Blake at 10.7 ppg.
- The Vandals have the best scoring defense in the conference, holding opponents to just 70.7 points per game. They are also the best defensive rebounding team in the Big Sky, hauling in 33.3 d-boards per game, and hold a rebound margin of +3.9.
53 Games
- Just 53 games into his career, sophomore guard, Jordan Davis is etching his name into the UNC record book.
- Davis has jumped to fourth in career assists in Division I history with 187 dishes. He's also moved up to ninth in career field goals made, with 275.
- The most recent addition to his career accolades are the UNC Division I career free throws made and free throws attempted. Davis now sits 10th in free throws made with 187 and eighth in free throw attempts with 287.
Bears' Last Time Out
- Northern Colorado and North Dakota needed an extra period to decide the game on Saturday afternoon. UND capitalized on a 9-0 run in overtime and never looked back, sending UNC back home with an 87-77 loss.
- The Bears never trailed in the ball game after 18:29 to go in the first half, until there were nine seconds remaining in the game.
- Once again, Northern Colorado held the advantage over UND throughout the majority of the second half, until the final nine seconds of the game. The Bears saw a nine-point advantage (63-54) dwindle away down the stretch. Davis caught his fourth foul and was forced to head to the bench to sit with seven minutes left to play. Glotta stepped up in his stead and put on a clinic, scoring 16 of his team and career-high 22 points in the second half to keep Northern Colorado afloat.
- UND jumped out quickly in the OT period, going on a 9-0 run in the first three minutes of the extra time. All UNC could do was watch, as nothing was falling on the offensive end for the Bears.
Against The Vandals
- The matchup between the Vandals and Bears is just the fourth in the all-time series. The two teams didn't see each other until Idaho rejoined the Big Sky Conference in the 2014-15 season.
- The Vandals hold a 3-0 series lead, defeating the Bears twice in Moscow and once in the Greeley.
- UI pulled away down the stretch for a 73-67 win at Idaho in the last meeting. Jordan Wilson and Anthony Johnson were the only Bears in double figures, finishing with 18 and 17 points, respectively.
- The difference in all three games has been no greater than six points.
- In the series, Northern Colorado has only shot over 50% against Idaho once. In the 2014-15 meeting, UNC finished 54% from the field, but still fell in the contest. The previous two games the Bears were held to 42% and 41% shooting.
Odds and Ends
- Northern Colorado is 5-0 on the year when scoring 81 points or more in a game and hold an 8-5 record when they've out-rebounded its opponent.
- Remarkably, UNC is 0-12 on the season when shooting a lower field goal percentage than the opposing team.
- When leading at the half, the Bears are 8-7, but are 0-7 when trailing at the break.
- When shooting over 50% from the field, Northern Colorado sports a 3-1 record, but are just 5-13 when ending under 50% from the floor.
Games On Feb. 9
