GREELEY, Colo. – Northern Colorado (7-9, 3-2 Big Sky) is searching for another weekend split as they travel to Bozeman, Montana to face the Montana State Bobcats (6-12, 1-4 Big Sky) on Saturday, Jan. 14 at 2:00 p.m.

Scouting Northern Colorado (Game Notes)
- UNC is coming off a tough loss at Montana on Thursday, falling 89-68 to the Griz. It was the Bears first Big Sky road loss of the season.
- Northern Colorado's last win at Montana State came in the 2014-15 season, downing the Bobcats 62-54.
- Sophomore guard, Jordan Davis has now scored in double figures in 21 straight games dating back to last season and has tied the UNC Division I program record of 21 consecutive games in double-digits set by Jordan Wilson in the 2015-16 season. He will look to break the record on Saturday.
- The last time Jordan Davis failed to reach double figures came on Feb. 20, 2016 at North Dakota, where he finished with just nine points.
- Davis currently ranks fourth in the Big Sky in scoring, averaging 20.3 ppg and remains first in assists with a 5.5 apg stat line.
- The Bears defense allowed the second-highest field goal percentage and highest three-point field goal percentage of the season at Montana as the Griz shot 52.5% from the field and 48.4% from beyond the arc.

- UM is 1-4 in Big Sky games and hold a 6-12 overall record despite having the top scorer in the conference in Tyler Hall.
- Hall is boasting a 24.1 ppg average so far this season, ranking him No. 2 in the country in scoring. He also ranks 7th in the nation in three-point field goals made, averaging 3.78 per contest.
- Two other players on the MSU roster are averaging double figures on the year. Harald Frey owns an 11.4 ppg average and Zach Green is scoring 11.0 ppg.
- Montana State leads the league in three-point field goal makes, averaging 10.3 per game. However, their defense is also giving up the second-most points in the conference at 81.1 ppg.

- Northern Colorado endured its first Big Sky road loss of the season at Montana on Thursday night 89-68.
- The Griz led wire-to-wire in the contest, jumping out to an 18-5 lead over the Bears just five minutes into the game and never looked back. UNC's deficit built to as many as 22 points over the first half and the Bears went into the intermission down 50-30.
- Montana connected on 15-of-31 (48%) from downtown, scoring 45 of their 89 points beyond the perimeter.
- The Davis brothers led UNC on the night. Junior guard, Gerad Davis finished with a double-double, scoring a career-high and game-high 23 points, along with hauling in a career-best 12 rebounds.
