The Bears women's basketball team opens 2015 with a match up against Montana

Scouting Montana
Montana comes into Greeley led by long time head coach Robin Selvig. Once again Selvig has a tough Lady Griz team, entering conference play on a five game win streak to close out non-conference play. Senior guard Kellie Rubel earned first team All-Big Sky honors last year, and is one of the Griz top players again this year second in scoring (12.1 ppg), first in assists (4.9 apg) and third in rebound (5.1 rpg). In the front court UM has a solid duo with senior Carly Selvig and sophomore Kayleigh Valley. Selvig, the 2013-14 Big Sky Defensive Player of the Year, leads the team in rebounds (6.0 rpg) and blocks (3.5 bpg), while Valley is the leading scorer (12.5 ppg). Montana was picked second in both the Big Sky preseason media and coaches poll.,
