Bio
Sophomore [2016-17]:
- Third on the team with six wins by fall in 2016-17
- Placed at six different open tournaments, including pair of seconds
- Went 4-1 for 2nd-place finish at the Storm Open, losing in SV-1 to Andrew Dunn of Virginia Tech in the final
- 2nd at the Messiah Open, winning his first two matches there with first-period pins
- Opened season with 4th-place finish at the Southeast Open F/S Division
- Went 3-2 and place 8th at the Wolfpack Open
- Fastest fall of the season came with 0:39 pin of Eric Hall from ODU
- Finished 6th at Warriors Winter Open before finishing season with 5th-place finish at National Collegiate Open. He earned a 2-1, TB-2 win over Andrew Gunning of North Carolina in the 5th-place match, avenging a pair of one-point losses earlier in the season.
Freshman [2015-16]:
- Finished 2nd in first tournament as a collegian, going 2-1 at Hokie Open. His performance included a 1:32 fall and 10-1 major win
- Placed 4th with 4-2 record at the Dave Lehman F&M Open, including a major decision in the wrestle-backs
- Had dual-meet wins over Davidson, Brown, Bloomsburg, Navy, Binghamton and George Mason
- Went 0-2 at the EIWA Championships.
Wyoming Seminary [Kingston, Penn.]:
- Lettered four years in wrestling
- Won the Prep National Championship
