- Four-year letter winner at Free State High School in Lawrence, Kan., under head coach Keely Hammontree- Helped the Firebirds capture the 2017 Sunflower League Championship and was a 2016 6A Substate Champion
- School record holder for kills in a season and is the career kill leader at Lawrence Free State HS
- Broke her sister’s (Naomi) career kill record total her senior season
- Three-time Sunflower League First Team selection, and three-time Lawrence Journal World First Team All-Area Team
- 2017 Lawrence Journal-World Player of the Year and 2017 Kansas All-State First Team honoree
- One of 18 invited to the 2019 United States Women’s National Team Open Tryouts with four-years of collegiate eligibility remaining

PERSONAL
Rachel was born in Lawrence, Kansas. She is the daughter of Ryan and Miriam and the sister to Naomi, Isaac and Hope. Her sister hope plays volleyball at Creighton.
