2015:
Played in 26 of the team's 30 matches during her senior season...Started in 13 of the 26 matches she played in...Finished with 159 kills in season...Recorded a season high 13 kills at Eastern Washington (9/26)...Had seven matches recording 10 plus kills...Tied career high in blocks three with four against Indiana (9/19), Eastern Washington (9/26) and Northern Arizona (10/24).
2014:
Battling injuries early on in the season, Champion played in 26 of the teams 33 matches. She came on strong in the late part of the season...She started in six matches, including all three matches in the Big Sky Tournament and the NCAA Tournament...Her 32 kills in the Big Sky Tournament helped her earn All-Tournament Team...set career high with 15 kills against Eastern Washington (11/13)...finished with a career high 152 kills and 7 serving aces.
2013:
After missing the first 23 matches of the season due to injury, Champion made her season debut Nov. 2 at Idaho State...Played in a total of four matches and four sets all season...Recorded her only three kills of the,year in a 3-0 home win against Southern Utah Nov. 21
2012:
Champion appeared in five matches during her freshman campaign, playing in six sets total ... During those six sets she notched three kills on nine total attacks (.111 hitting) ... She also tallied a dig during that time and provided a wicked jump serve when called upon ... She played in a career-high two sets and notched a career-high two kills in a late-August game vs. Alabama A&M ... The Bears went 4-1 in the five matches she appeared in ... She played in two Big Sky games, a 3-1 win over Montana and a 3-0 sweep against Sacramento State.,
HIGH SCHOOL:
While playing at Logansport, Champion helped lead the Berries to a 25-6 record as a junior -- the second-most wins in school history ... She was named the Loganland Volleyball Player of the Year as a junior and was also a member of the Indiana Junior North All-Star Team while finishing among the state leaders in both kills (448) and aces (91) ... Champion helped lead the Berries to a 24-7 record as a senior before losing in the Indiana Class 4A Sectional Finals ... Averaged 23 wins per season during her four-year career at Logansport ... Wrapped up her senior year with 508 kills, 74 aces, 327 digs and 35 blocks.
