Tatum Boehnke

2011-12: Named President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee for her senior year... Posted the fastest time on the team in the 1650 free, swimming a 17:22.70 at the MPSF Championship... Her time is the fourth-fastest in Northern Colorado history... She also posted the fifth-quickest 1000 free in school history, timing a 10:26.86 and her 5:08.16 in the 500 free from the MPSF Championship ranks 10th all-time.

2010-11: Finished 13th overall in the 1650 free at the MPSF Championships, swimming a season-best time of 17:32.54... Also swam a season best time of 10:53.20 in the 1000 free at San Diego State (Jan. 7)... Won the 1000 free in the duals against Air Force (Dec. 3) and New Mexico State (Jan. 21)... Involved with SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee)... Named to the MPSF All-Academic Scholar-Athlete Team.

2009-10: As a true freshman, posted the fourth-fastest 1650 free time in school history at 17:26.71 and has the sixth-fastest 1000 free time at 10:31.22... In the 200 fly, also ranks 10th in Northern Colorado history with her best time of 2:11.86... At the Conference USA Championship, shaved almost an entire minute of her career-best time in the 1650... In the summer prior to her freshman season, she and a friend swam the English Channel, becoming two of just 4,880 other swimmers since the late 1800s to complete the 21-mile swim.

High School: Four-year letterwinner while swimming for Carson High School and coach Monica Weaver... Also was an alpine skier for the Senators... Named All-Conference during her junior season... Qualified for State all four years of high school... Named team captain during her senior campaign... Participated in the National Honor Society... Made the honor-roll all four years.

Personal: Born in Truckee, California on July 22, 1990... Daughter of Bill and Becki Boehnke... Calls Carson City, Nevada home... Has one older sibling, Mats, 20... Plans to major in either Nursing or Physical Science at the University of Northern Colorado.
