Played in all 35 of the teams game, averaging 14.8 minutes a game...averaged 2.3 points and 3.1 rebounds...led the team in field goal percentage shooting .528...grabbed the second most offensive rebounds (38)...had a career high 4 assists at #15 Nebraska
2013-14
Played in 24 games during her sophomore season … Scored 2.8 points in 9.5 minutes per game … Second on the team in field goal percentage with an average of .581 … Grabbed 2.0 rebounds per game … Had a career game at UTEP while setting career-highs in points (15), rebounds (9), field goals (7), 3-point FGs (1) and minutes (33) … Named to the Big Sky All-Academic team.
2012-13
Played in 12 games in her freshman campaign... Averaged 0.8 points and 1.5 rebounds a game... Made both of her free throw attempts during the year... Had two blocked shots and three steals... Twice scored four points in a game, at San Diego and against Johnson & Wales... Grabbed a career-high six rebounds at Eastern Washington.
High School:,Named the,Denver Post,3A's Ms. Colorado and to the All-State First-Team after averaging 16 points, 11 rebounds and two steals per game... Helped lead the Buffs to the quarterfinals of the state playoffs as a senior... Invited and played in The Show all-star game, highlighting the state's best talent...Was,a two-time all-state honorable mention selection as a sophomore and junior and a three-time First-Team all-conference pick... In playing for her club team, was named to the all-tournament teams at the Music City Madness and End of Oregon Trail tournaments... A member of the National Honor Society and helped lead the Buffaloes to a sixth-place finish at state in 2011.
Personal: A Denver native, was born August 21 to John and Clair Howell... Has an older brother, Andrew... Her degree studies are in nursing.
