2015-16:
Indoor: Once again took fifth overall in the pentathlon at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships, but set a new personal best with 3,611 points. Finished fourth overall in the long jump.... Was a part of the school record breaking team in the 4,000m Distance Medley at the Nebraska Holiday Inn Invitational. They finished with a time of 11:59.52.
Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA West Regional for the third straight year in the long jump... Officially qualified for the heptathlon for the first time in outdoor at the ISU Bengal Hep-Dec with 4,568 points....Ended with a third place finish at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the event with 4,898 points, earning all-conference honors.... Cleared 6.16m in the long jump at the CSM's Nature's Bakery Invite....Came in 39th overall in the long jump at the NCAA West Regional.
2014-15:
Indoor: Finished in fifth place in the pentathlon at the Big Sky Championships with 3,570 points. Placed first in the long jump, recording 6.24 meters. The jump shattered the UNC school record by .31 meters. It was also the first time any female athlete cleared the 6.0 meter mark at Northern Colorado in indoor. Allen fell just short of the Big Sky meet record by .02 meters. Also a part of the 4x400 relay team that broke the school record with a 3:45.88 finish at the Championships, downing their old record by over a half of a second. The time earned the quad a third place finish.
Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA West Regional in the long jump for the second season in a row. Was a part of a UNC Division I record, five athletes that competed in the Regional. Set the school record for the long jump and the triple jump at the 2015 Big Sky Outdoor Championships with 6.23m and 11.96m....Finished 5th in the Pentathlon at the Outdoor Championhips...Claimed 22nd overall at NCAA Regional in the long jump.
2013-14:
Indoor: Placed sixth in the pentathlon at the Big Sky Championships, recording 3,537 points, which was at that point the second-most in school history...On Dec. 5 at the Orediggers Early Bird Multis, she won the high jump by clearing 1.64 meters, the fourth-best in school history at that point...At the same event, she ran a 9.47 in the 60-meter hurdles, the seventh-best in school history up until then...Ran a 25.85 in the 200 meters Jan. 23 at the Air Force Open, giving her the eighth-best time in school history to that point.
Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA West Regional in the long jump and placed 43rd after a leap of 5.46 meters...Placed seventh in the heptathlon at the Big Sky Conference Championships, scoring 4,810 points, the fifth-most in school history to that point...Earned spots on top-10 lists in long jump (3rd, 5.96m), triple jump (3rd, 11.65m) and 200 meters (9th, 24.91 seconds) during the season...Was also a member of the 4x400 relay team that placed third at the Big Sky Championships with a school-record time of 3:44.16.
2012-13:
Outdoor: Posted her best time of the season in the 200m at 25.66 seconds at the Big Sky Conference Outdoor Championships (May 8-11) in Portland, Ore., finishing third overall...At the same event, she also recorded personal bests in the 800m (2:24.32), 100m hurdles (15.32 seconds), long jump (5.68m) and in the heptathlon by notching 4,618 points and finishing sixth overall...Also had a career-best shotput attempt of 9.60 April 25-26 at the Glen Morris Multis in Fort Collins.
Indoor: Finished second overall at the Big Sky Conference Indoor Championships with a school-record triple jump of 11.86m...Posted her best time in the 55m hurdles (9.00 seconds) Dec. 7 at the Wyoming Power Meet...Her best time in the 60m hurdles (9.75 seconds) came Feb. 9 at the Air Force Team Challenge and was also the eighth-fastest in UNC history
High School: Graduated from Lathrop High School in Fairbanks, Alaska in 2012... Participated in volleyball, basketball and track & field... Won 15 regional titles and five state titles in track & field... Set school records in both long (17-11) and triple jump (38-10)... Earned four letters each in volleyball, basketball and track & field... Was team MVP in volleyball as a senior as well as a two-time all conference selection... Earned all-conference honors once in basketball.
Personal: The daughter of Michell and Alphonzo Allen... Born August 20 in Fairbanks, Alaska... Has an older brother Alphonzo Allen II... Majoring in biology.
