PRIOR TO UNC: With some Colorado roots and ties, The Bears are thrilled to officially welcome Campbell McFadden to the UNC Bears Golf family. Campbell is currently ranked 11th in Colorado's 2026 class, which many consider to be the strongest junior class in the history of the state — and he has proven he belongs among its best. His third-place finish at the AJGA Colorado Springs Open (with rounds of 64-71-68) and his T-4 performance at the COPGA Mizuno Colorado Junior PGA Championship (72-69-72) both showcase his consistency and ability to perform against elite fields. Qualifying for the 2024 U.S. Junior Amateur Championship is an incredible achievement that speaks to his talent, composure, and competitive maturity.Campbell brings a blend of skill, character, and competitiveness that perfectly fits the culture UNC golf is building.
