Played in 17 of the Bears' 31 games in his sophomore season ... Averaged 7.5 minutes per game ... Finished the year with a very impressive 64.5 field-goal percentage (20-31) ... Averaged 2.5 points and 1.5 rebounds per game ... Opened up the season with a bang, notching his first career double-double by scoring a career-high 15 points and grabbing 10 rebounds against Southwest ... He went 7-of-8 from the field in that game and dished out four assists to go along with his scoring and rebounding ... Played double-figure minutes in five games ... HIGH SCHOOL: Played high school basketball for Sedgwick High and coach Darren Crumrine ... Spent a prep year after Sedgwick playing at Fork Union (Va.) Military Academy ... Spent summer 2011 playing with Austria’s MU20 national team ... Helped lead Sedgwick to the Kansas Class 3A state championships as a senior ... Averaged 22 points, 14 rebounds, four blocks, three assists and two steals per game as a senior for the Cardinals ... Was a Kansas Basketball Coaches Association (KBCA) All-Star in 2010 ... Was efficient all season for Sedgwick, finishing the year with 56 percent shooting from inside the three-point line ...
