Ryan Diedrick enters his first season at Northern Colorado as the wide receivers coach.
Diedrick comes to UNC after spending the past two seasons at Colorado School of Mines as an offensive assistant. He worked under the Bear’s first year offensive coordinator Nick Fulton while at Mines. He was a part of an offensive staff that led one of the most potent offenses in all of Division II football. In 2018, the Orediggers ranked second as a passing offense and 22nd in rushing offense.
Prior to joining the staff at Colorado School of Mines, Diedrick was Indiana State where he served as an offensive analyst/video coordinator and as an offensive quality control coach.
Having graduated from Willamette University in 2016, he retired from his playing career as a quarterback and receiver his junior season before becoming a student assistant as a senior. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics.
