Kathleen Messier joined the Northern Colorado Football staff as the Director of Operations in July 2021. She oversees the teams day to day operations along with coordinating travel arrangements and keeps tabs on the budget.Â
A graduate of Duke University, Messier has experience working with businesses such as Pepsi Co., Citi Group and the New York Rangers.Â
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Duke in 2015.
