Redshirt Sophomore (2019-20)
- Hemauer went 10-8 overall while competing at 174 pounds
- Went 5-4 in dual meets
- Learned eight wins by decisions and two falls
- Won the Roadrunner Open with a 4-0 record earning a 6-1 win over Lennox Wolak (Columbia) in the finals

- Picked up four major decisions, including a pair of 12-2 victories over Carless Looney (Wyoming) at the Cliff Keen Invite and LaFragola at the Midland Championships

- Defeated Jordan Bernal (Menlo College), 5-1 and pinned Samuel Lee (University of California) in 1:38 for his two victories.

- Was a Fargo Junior All-American, taking third place in 2016
- As a junior in 2015, he claimed his first state title and was named first-team All-State
- As a sophomore in 2014, the two-time team MVP was state runner-up and named second-team All-Area
- Hemauer was ranked as the No. 1 recruit in the state via Wisconsin Wrestling Online in the 2016 class. He was ranked 12th in the nation by FloWrestling and 14th by The Open Mat
- Earned first-team Academic All-State as a sophomore and second-team All-State as a junior.

- Has a younger sister, Cheyenne and a younger brother, Brady
- Also played football and golf in high school and graduated cum laude
- Biggest athletic thrill was winning his first state title in high school
- Favorite athlete is Dwayne Wade
- Most admires his parents for them working their hardest to guide him and his siblings and putting them first
