CAMPBELL BLOGG | GUARD | SANDRINGHAM SABRES | MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA
Blogg has been a key player for the Sandringham Sabres, where he developed through the club's pathway and emerged as a leader within the program. Named a captain, he has consistently impacted games with his scoring ability and perimeter shooting.
In the 2023 season, Blogg averaged 16.3 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game, highlighting his all-around contribution. He delivered a standout performance in the NBL1 South Grand Final, scoring 28 points with four rebounds and shooting six-of-14 from three-point range, helping Sandringham finish the season as Grand Final runners-up.
He carried that momentum into 2024, where he was credited with helping lead the Sabres to a conference championship and another deep postseason run, with the team advancing to the preliminary final. Blogg's continued development also earned him an opportunity as a Development Player with Melbourne United in the Australian NBL.
"We are absolutely thrilled to add Campbell Blogg to our roster for 2026-27! At the start of spring recruiting, we had several boxes we were looking to check with the graduation of key players such as Quinn Denker, Zach Bloch, Ibu Yamazaki, and Brock Wisne. Those boxes included shooting, toughness, leadership, and positional versatility, and with the addition of Campbell, we believe he checks all those boxes" said Head Coach Steve Smiley. "An extremely skilled guard with good size that can play a multitude of positions and is extremely effective both on and off the ball, Campbell will be an immediate contributor and will fill a lot of holes for us. Campbell has proven himself on many stages, and his age and level of experience will allow him to seamlessly fit into our style of play as we compete for a Big Sky title. Finally, Campbell is a great person that is about all the right stuff. Greeley, UNC, and all Northern Colorado will enjoy cheering for Campbell and the Bears."
