Jack Ziebell Named to 2025 FCS ADA Academic All-Star Team

CLEVELAND – Northern Colorado offensive lineman Jack Ziebell has been named to the 2025 Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) Academic All-Star Team, as announced by the Football Championship Subdivision Athletics Directors Association.
The FCS ADA Academic All-Star Team, now in its 28th consecutive year, recognizes the top scholar-athletes across FCS football who excel both on the field and in the classroom. Ziebell was selected as one of the national honorees following a standout junior season, earning recognition among the subdivision's best student-athletes.
Ziebell, an offensive lineman from Northern Colorado, carries a 3.42 cumulative GPA and has been a key contributor for the Bears up front, pairing academic excellence with high-level performance in the trenches. His selection places him among a distinguished group of FCS student-athletes honored for their commitment to academic and athletic achievement.

Football players from all Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) institutions are eligible for the award. Each of the nominees were required to have a minimum grade point average of 3.20 (on a 4.00 scale) in undergraduate or graduate study and have been a starter or key player with legitimate athletics credentials. They must have reached their second year of athletics and academic standing at the nominated institution and have completed a minimum of one full academic year at the nominated institution. They also must have participated in 50 percent of the games played at their designated position.
