CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – The University of Northern Colorado women's golf program continues to excel both on the course and in the classroom, as Kailey Bass, Carolina Fallotico, Jaci Hartman, and Timbre Shehee have been named to the 2024-25 WGCA All-American Scholar Team, the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) announced Monday.
This UNC group is part of an elite group of 1,499 women's collegiate golfers from 403 institutions nationwide recognized with academic honor. The WGCA All-American Scholar accolade is among the most rigorous in collegiate athletics, with criteria that emphasize a true balance of academic excellence and athletic contribution.
To earn the honor, student-athletes must:
Hold a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher,
Remain on the team's roster through the end of the season, and
Compete in at least 50% of their team's competitive rounds, including through the conference championship.
The WGCA All-American Scholar Team continues to highlight the caliber of student-athletes at the University of Northern Colorado, where academic achievement remains a core pillar of the athletics program.
