Matchups Announced for 2025 Big Sky-Summit Challenge

GREELEY, Colo. – The University of Northern Colorado men's and women's basketball programs will once again represent the Blue and Gold in the third annual Big Sky-Summit Challenge, with this year's contests set for Wednesday, Dec. 3 and Saturday, Dec. 6.
The Big Sky and Summit League jointly announced the 2025 slate on Wednesday, as both conferences look forward to another exciting set of non-conference matchups with a traveling trophy on the line. The leagues will compete across 36 total games—18 men's and 18 women's contests—with the combined win-loss record determining the overall champion.
Northern Colorado will face Omaha (men's) and Kansas City (women's) on the road Dec. 3, before hosting South Dakota (men's) and visiting Omaha (women's) on Dec. 6. All Big Sky home games will stream on ESPN+, while Summit League-hosted matchups will be available on the Summit League Network.
