GREELEY, Colo. – Northern Colorado offensive linemen Jack Ziebell and Frank Thompson were named to the PFSN FCS All-America College Football Team, as announced by Pro Football Sports Network.
Ziebell earned Second Team All-American recognition following a standout junior season anchoring the Bears' offensive front, while Thompson was tabbed a Third Team All-American for his veteran contributions along the line.
A three-year starting offensive lineman, Ziebell emerged as one of the top interior linemen in the FCS in 2025. He earned Big Sky All-Conference Honorable Mention honors and started every game, helping lead an offensive line that ranked second in the Big Sky and ninth nationally in sacks allowed, surrendering just 0.92 sacks per game. Ziebell played a central role in Northern Colorado's emphasis on efficiency, discipline, and situational execution, providing consistent protection and leadership throughout the season.
Thompson, a redshirt senior, appeared in all 12 games during the 2025 campaign, offering valuable experience and depth along the offensive line. He saw action in every contest from the season opener against Chadron State (Aug. 30) through the regular-season finale versus Portland State (Nov. 22), serving as a steady veteran presence for a unit that finished among the conference's most reliable groups.
The PFSN FCS All-America honors add to a strong postseason showing for Northern Colorado's offensive line and underscore the Bears' success up front during the 2025 season.
