SEDONA, Ariz. – Freshman golfer Timbre Shehee put in a 71 on the final day to tie for 11th overall as the Northern Colorado women's golf team finished 14th at the NAU Red Rocks Invitational on Sunday.

Shehee started the first day of competition shooting five-over (74, 75), but rebounded with the best round by a UNC golfer in the final round. Tying for 11th-place is her second highest finish so far this spring season, having tied for 10th at the GCU Invitational earlier in February.

Amy Chitkooksoong and Marjia Jucmane both tied with a 232 (+16) on the weekend. Maria Vallejo Gomez came in fourth for the Bears, but recorded the second-best round for UNC with a 72 in the second round.
