GREELEY, Colo. – Makenzie Harris recorded a career-high 24 kills in No. 2 Northern Colorado's five-set defeat to No. 7 Eastern Washington in the Big Sky Conference Quarterfinals Wednesday at Bank of Colorado Arena.

The Bears overcame a 1-0 deficit and moved in front 2-1, need just one set win to advance, but it was the Eagles that won the final two games.

UNC must wait until Sunday, Nov. 26 to find out if it earned an invite to compete in the 2023 postseason.

Harris finished with 24 kills, nine digs and two blocks.
- She set a new career best with 24 kills.
Boon finished with 13 digs, moving to 998 in her career.
Cole tallied 45 assists, four kills, three service aces and one block.
- She surpassed the 3,000 assists mark in her career.
Placide notched five kills, six digs and one assist.
Huhn totaled seven kills, seven blocks and four digs dig.
Bennet totaled nine kills and five blocks.
Reines netted eight kills, one block and one dig.
