GREELEY, Colo. – The University of Northern Colorado swimming and diving steps away from WAC action when the Bears face Wyoming at the Laramie High School Swimming Pool Saturday.
"Our dual against Wyoming has turned into one of my favorite meets of the year," head coach Lisa Ebeling said. "The Cowgirls are tough competition and they always force us to bring out our best efforts."
UNC enters with a 2-0 mark in duals this season, after defeating Idaho 199-101, Saturday, Oct. 28 at the Butler-Hancock Pool.
"This meet usually comes down to a handful of points and the energy is always really high," Ebeling said. "I am looking forward to an exciting competition on Saturday."
The teams split the six meetings in the all-time series, with the Bears owning a 2-1 mark in Laramie. The two sides have met in the pool each of the last six seasons. UNC carries a two-meet winning streak into the weekend, securing a 197-103 result last season in Greeley. UNC has a 2-1 mark in Laramie.
