Bears Cruise Past Midland Friday

GREELEY, Colo. – Hot shooting fueled Northern Colorado's 99-65 victory over Midland in an exhibition game at Bank of Colorado Arena Friday.
The Bears jumped out to a 13-4 advantage at the under-16 media timeout and built a 41-23 halftime lead.
After hitting more than half of its shots in the first half, UNC outscored the Warriors 58-42 in the second half.
The Bears sank 20 of 32 in the final 20 minutes, including 7 of 13 from 3-point range.
Saint Thomas needed four assists for a triple-double, while Dejour Reaves netted a game-high 18 points. Riley Abercrombie joined Thomas and Reaves in double-digits with 10 points, while four other Bears netted nine.
