Tyler Hill joins Northern Colorado as Director of Sports Performance

Tyler Hill comes to UNC from the Denver Broncos to be the Director of Sports Performance
GREELEY, Colo. – Tyler Hill brings his professional-level expertise to the sports performance training of University of Northern Colorado student-athletes as UNC's new Director of Sports Performance. Hill will lead the training of all Northern Colorado's student-athletes in his role.
Hill spent two years with the Denver Broncos before coming to UNC. As an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Broncos, he was the first assistant in movement and Olympic based performance. He was the first assistant in "Return to Play" athletes helping restore fundamental strength and movement for previously injured athletes. He also helped design and implement a variety of workouts throughout the whole season.
Prior to working with the Broncos, Hill spent six years with the University of Kansas starting as an intern and working his way to Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. At KU he worked with both the men's basketball and football program. Hill not only helped with the strength and conditioning aspects of the football program but also assisted with the nutrition planning for student-athletes based on their goals.
A former football player himself, Hill played safety for Kansas from 2010-13 where he received his Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences degree. Hill is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Associating and CSCS and MAT trained.
