Both Bear divers make consolation finals on day 2 of WAC Championships

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – Day two of the diving portion of WAC Championships brought on the 1-meter event Friday.
Both Tori Sayers and Erica Farris dove their way into the consolation finals. Sayers led the way with a 209 while Farris scored a 164.1.
In the afternoon, Sayers finished sixth with a score of 195.3. Meanwhile, Farris dialed up a personal-best in the 1-meter with a 187.30.
Saturday is the final day of diving for the 2021 WAC Championships. Prelims for the platform competition are slated for 10:30 a.m. while the finals are set for 6 p.m. MT.
