The Bears are slated for six home contests in 2015.
GREELEY, Colo. – The Northern Colorado football team released its 2015 schedule featuring six home games and three nonconference matchups.
Next year's conference slate begins Sept. 19 when the Bears visit Southern Utah, followed by a home contest against Weber State before traveling to Sacramento State to take on the Hornets on Oct. 3.
Following a bye, UNC returns home for back-to-back games at Nottingham Field, facing UC Davis (Homecoming game) and Eastern Washington. The football team wraps up the month of October on the road, taking on Northern Arizona on Halloween.
The final month of the season begins with a home tilt vs. Portland State (Nov. 7) and a road game at North Dakota (Nov. 14). The Bears close out the season at home against Abilene Christian (Nov. 21).
The Bears open next season with two nonconference games. The season debut will be against cross-state opponent, Western State (DII) on Sept. 5 at home, before traveling to Houston, Texas for a grudge match against Houston Baptist on, Sept. 12.
