NORTHERN COLORADO'S LAST GAME:
A true team effort on Sunday resulted in a blowout, 95-56 victory for Northern Colorado (4-2, 0-0 Big Sky) over Florida A&M (0-8) as every single player for the Bears scored in the contest.
Northern Colorado posted, 57.6% (34-59) shooting from the field and 44.4% (12-27) from outside the arc in the stat book.
The Bears defense was stout on the afternoon, holding the Rattlers to 33.3% shooting from the field and just 11.1% from three-point land.
Sophomore guard, Drew Bender led UNC in scoring with 14 points, converting 4-7 on three-pointers. Senior forward Dominique Lee posted his second double-double of the season, adding 10 points and hauling in 12 boards. Senior forward, Tim Huskisson and Wilson also got into double-digits, scoring 12 and 11 points, respectively.
COLORADO STATE'S LAST GAME:
The Colorado State Rams (7-0) are off to the best start in school history after knocking off the UTEP Miners (4-2), 65-62, at Moby Arena Wednesday night.
J.J. Avila finished as the game's leading scorer with 20 points, while Stanton Kidd was right behind him with 15. Gian Clavell was the third Ram in double-digits as he finished the night with 13 points.
The Rams were able to hold UTEP's sophomore forward Vince Hunter, who came into the game averaging 18.4 points per game and 12.6 rebounds per game, to just four points and four rebounds. Prior to tonight's game, Hunter had registered a double-double in all five contests this year.Â

- Senior guard Corey Spence ranks tied for 1st in the NCAA in Free Throw Percentage, shooting a perfect 100% (13-13) from the line.
- Northern Colorado ranks 2nd in all of (1st in Big Sky) the NCAA in Fewest Turnovers Per Game, with an average of 8.8 per game.
- The Bears have the 9th best FG Percentage in the NCAA, shooting 52.5% as a team.
- Senior guard, Tevin Svihovec is averaging a career-high 25.7 minutes per game in the last four contests.
- Rice University transfer, Drew Bender dropped a career-high 14 points, leading the team in scoring in the win over FAMU. Bender also connected on a season best, four three-pointers.
- Senior guard, Tevin Svihovec scored his 1,000 career points against Black Hills State University. He ended the game with 17 points. Svihovec is the 20th player in the program's history to reach the mark.
- Senior forward Tim Huskisson suffered a broken nose in the regular season opener against Black Hills State on Nov. 14. Huskisson was able to come back two days later against Wyoming and contributed 20 minutes before fouling out late in the game.The senior has now scored double digit points in the last four games.
- The Bears are currently 2-2 when Huskisson wears the mask.
